Taillon pitched seven innings and gave up only one earned run. He gave up three hits and one walk, to go along with five strikeouts. Of his 84 pitches, 56 pitches were strikes and 28 pitches were balls.
This was Taillon’s fourth straight quality start and ninth of the season. He has the sixth most quality starts in the Major Leagues and the fourth most quality starts in the National League.
